Hi there! I know, I know it's not even Halloween yet, but Christmas is knocking at our door. I've been humming Christmas tunes since July so I am extra anxious this go 'round! Anxious as I may be, creative time for holiday pretties is something I'm lacking. A couple of weeks ago I was able to put together a few cards that I cased from convention. The one I want to share is one my absolute favorite card sample shared at convention by Sara Douglass our interim CEO. The new stamp set, Joyful Season, is at the top of my list to create with, so I couldn't pass up recreating this card for myself.
I was in love with this on screen when I saw it at convention, and even more in love with it in person!
The black ribbon is the white Glitter Ribbon from the Holiday Catalog, and sponged black--SOO perfect! And imagine the possibilities. It's an absolutely stunning card! The cardinal pops so amazingly with the black and gold. Cardinals are one of my favorite birds and symbols of Christmas, so I was giddy when I saw this set in the cattie. I can't wait to create more projects with this set and the other products from the Holiday Catalog to share with you--soon hopefully! In the meantime, thank you for enjoying these CASEd cards with me!
