Holiday Catalog Sneak Peek • Poinsettia Pallet Wreath

Happy Saturday to you! I've been out of sorts with strep throat (again, arg) since earlier this week, and today I'm finally feeling like a human again. I had plans to share this AMAZING project with you earlier in the week, but alas, here I am. This is the first project I've created with the Holiday Catalog goodies, and I could not be more excited!! I didn't ease myself into the cattie, but dove right in to create something AMAZING!

I started out by punching with the Festive Flower Punch, which will be available September 1st, 80 times. I'm not crazy. Ok, maybe I am, but it was WORTH IT! Surprisingly, it didn't take much time at all, and only took 6 sheets of Real Red cardstock. The centers are done with Crushed Curry, and topped off with Pearl Accents.

Before hot gluing my poinsettia petals together, I shaped them with my fingers, fluffing them up a bit after gluing them together. I found a cute 12"x12" wooden pallet decor piece at my local craft store, and arranged the poinsettias in a circle. I hot glued them to the pallet.

I completed my wreath with a "merry" banner. I did this on vellum, with gold embossing--perfect! I used the Larger Than Life Alphabet and Numbers Photopolymer Stamp Set, and gold heat embossed that. The banner with the gold was the absolute perfect touch! I worked with it a bit to make sure it had a wave so it really pops off of the pallet.

I'm absolutely IN LOVE with how this turned out! It will look so great with my holiday decor. I'm thinking of adding this to my class schedule. What do you think? Would you love to add this to your Christmas Decor this year?

I've also included a list of the supplies you'll need to create this project that you can find in my online store. Just grab some hot glue and raised wooden decor piece, and you can whip up your own at home. I hope you enjoyed the project. Be sure to check out details about my Holiday Catalog Open House below, and you can be one of the first to get your Holiday Catalog goodies! Thank you so much for stopping by! I can't wait to share more Holiday Catalog projects with you!
