You Plus Me, what better could there be? This stamp set is darling, and perfect for creating for Valentine's Day or just to let someone you know you love them. I paired this set up with the Stacked with Love Designer Series Paper Stack, and kept a simple layout. I did a lot of stamping in the background to really make things pop!
I stamped a heart from the set in Real Red on my card base of the same color, and layered on some black cardstock and black patterned DSP. I built things up from there. First stamping the "You + Me," which looks AMAZING in red by the way, and decided what to do as things moved along. I punched out the stamped image, but decided it needed more to really pop. I added another circle of patterned paper and a couple of flags giving it a medallion look. Before I attached the "medallion," I worked on a Valentine sentiment on my card base.
I stamped "Be Mine" and hearts floating up in Basic Black. This really topped the card off! I popped on the medallion with a few dimensionals, and poof! Perfection! Now, you can see where I messed up a bit with the black hearts by pressing to hard, so learn from my mistake, just gently stamp. :) I left the card as is, because that's what makes it unique and handmade, right? :)
I hope you enjoyed another Valentine project. Thank you for stopping by. Don't forget, I've got lots more to share from Sale-A-Bration and the Occasions Catalog, so keep checking back for fun new projects!
