For the last several years, I have been more excited than ever about Halloween. My usual Halloween night tradition is to sit home alone, while everyone is out at all the Halloween parties or trick or treating, and make Christmas cards! I always have a great time, but the last several years I have actually been getting into the spooky spirit! :) I credit it all to Stampin' Up!'s fabulous Halloween products! Obviously I know Halloween isn't for everyone, but Stampin' Up! makes it so fun to create Halloween cards & projects to share, and to make fun scrapbook pages to document Halloween memories.
So, in celebration of it being October, I want to share a fun Halloween scrapbook layout with you. This is a project we'll also be making at my Scrapbook Class later this month. I used the fun new Motley Monsters Designer Series Paper & Tee-Hee-Hee Photopolymer Stamp Set to create this fun page!
I found inspiration for the broom clothesline from a card created by fellow demonstrator Kimberly Van Diepen. She creates the most beautiful projects, and when I saw a recent Halloween card she created, I knew it would be perfect for a scrapbook layout. Paired with a spooky bat created with the Elegant Butterfly Punch, the clothesline is so fun! The "Witches Night Out" sentiment works perfect for the page title as well! Even though I didn't plan it, I love how the black cat is perfectly showcased on the bottom! :)
I can't wait for Halloween this year so I can add my pictures to this fun page! I've been having fun creating for Halloween, and have many more Halloween projects to share! However, starting tomorrow and every Friday between now & Christmas, I'm going to share a Christmas project. It'll be the 12 Weeks of Christmas! Only 12 more Fridays until Christmas, can you believe it!? This year is flying by! Anyhow, check back tomorrow for a beautiful Christmas card!
