Santa Stache

Happy Monday to you! I hope you had a fabulous weekend! Mine was jam packed with goodness & creativity! Over the weekend, I attended a craft retreat, and had the best time with friends, even made a few new ones! I love gathering with other creative people and creating together. It is good for the soul! I worked on lots of upcoming classes, lots of Christmas projects, and a few other fun projects as well! I had to skip out on the retreat early though. :( But it was for a great reason! My cousin is getting married in a few weeks, and Sunday was her bridal shower. It turned out great! I was lucky enough to be in charge of the invitations and decorating, so of course I had a blast! I'll be sharing more of that this week, along with projects I made over the weekend.

Today, I wanted to share another card from the Santa Stache Stamp Set. This time using the darling Santa. Like I said before, I really love this set! It's so fun & whimsical! I used traditional red & gold for this card, and love how it turned out.

I traded the Blendabilities that I used in the nutcracker card for some Dazzling Details. I think they added just the right touch to Santa's hat and beard. I used a few gold touches for accents, Gold Basic Metal Buttons and Watercolor Wonder Washi Tape. These accessories go perfectly with the new Under the Tree Specialty Designer Series Paper.

I love how Santa turned out! The Mustache Framelit is perfect for this guy. I'll definitely be creating more with this set. I think it would make perfect gift tags! What do you think?

Thank you for stopping by today. I'm looking forward to sharing more with you this week. See you soon!
