I'm so excited to show you today's project. It is a scrapbook page to document a now favorite picture of my little family. :) It's from a beautiful, beautiful day in the park where my husband and I brought our dogs for training. We snapped a great picture, with a bright, gorgeous sky in the back ground.
This page is chock full of layers and embellishments created with tons of different products. I used a bright, cheery color scheme of Coastal Cabana, Melon Mambo, and Pink Pirouette with a bright Whisper White background. I used tons of spritzing and stencils to create several layers. I spritzed the background with Coastal Cabana & Melon Mambo, and created one of my layers with the new Decorative Masks and Coastal Cabana reinker and alcohol in a Stampin' Sprtizer.
I used the Chalk Lines Photopolymer Stamp Set to create more background layers, and made embellishments with the Flower Patch Bundle for a few embellishments. I added a few little accents of flags, a punched heart, and a File Tab edge. I skipped out on a lot of journaling, and created a simple heart with Watercolor Cardstock, Coastal Cabana Ink, and the Aquapainter. I stamped "happy" from the Endless Birthday Wishes Photopolymer Set and Melon Mambo ink. Boy do those photopolymer sets stamp so beautiful & crisp!
I topped off the page with a title cut from the Little Letters Thinlits and Silver Foil Paper. I love how the Silver Foil Paper brings out the staples & rhinestone. For the last finishing touch, I added what we were doing and the date with a couple of rotary stamps. I love how this page turned out, and that it is full of so many great products! I have even more scrapbook pages to share this week. I hope you'll check back!
