I hadn't planned on boring you with my pages from our honeymoon scrapbook, but I finished up this morning and the last couple of pages are too good not to share! I'm so excited to finally mark this off of my to do list, and I've already got going on a cover for the album for our trip to Las Vegas. I'll share that soon, but first here are those last couple of pages.
On this first page, I found some inspiration on Pinterest, and turned my page into a life of it's own! I used the sun DSP from the Anchors Away Kit, added it as a layer page, and recolored it to coral. I love how that turned out. I paired it with Midnight Muse, and I think those colors work perfectly together. I paired my text title with a stamp from the Baking Up Love Stamp Brush Set and an ampersand from Amped Up Ampersands Kit. I love how it all came together!
This last page was inspired by a layout I found on Stampin' Up!'s blog (I believe), and I love how it turned out. I used the borders embellishments from the Anchors Away Kit, the Moments Ago Stamp Brush Set, and several different heart stamps. This paged turned out perfectly for the final layout in our album!
I had a lot of fun creating this album, and enjoy so much reliving the memories while I was creating it. Now, once I get it printed, we can easily reminisce these memories every time we look at the scrapbook. That has to be the best part (besides the creative process) of scrapbooking, looking at the finished product over & over! What is your favorite part or reason to scrapbook? I'd love to hear!
