Our First Christmas As Mr. & Mrs.

Good morning! I know it has been quite awhile since I posted, but I'm sure you can understand that life just gets away sometime. I've been busy, well having fun! We enjoyed a wonderful Thanksgiving
and we've been busy working & creating for classes for me. We've also enjoyed a few adventures. Like, the Turkey Trot 5k benefiting West ISD.
A date to see How the Grinch Stole Christmas on Broadway at Bass Performance Hall in Ft. Worth.
Paint Your Pet at a local Painting With A Twist shop
Visiting Yesterland tree farm to pick our first Christmas tree as Mr. & Mrs.--and our first REAL tree
 And trimming our tree!

We had SO much fun at the tree farm, and so much trimming the tree together. Our first real tree & first tree as Mr. & Mrs. is extra special to us, and we love our beautiful tree! I think we are both impressed with it!

You might noticed we are trying something else new, The 12 Dates of Christmas. It has been a great way so far to remember the 2nd most important thing for the season-each other {and family} {and JESUS being the first reason, of course}! Somethings we are doing are a pretty big deal, like The Grinch, and others are as simple as staying home & watching a Christmas movie and enjoying hot cocoa. We had a lot of fun coming up with the date ideas, and are having just as much fun doing them! We got an early start (before Thanksgiving) as I will be going on a big trip for a week! My mom & I are going to NYC this weekend! We are very much looking forward to it, and have many wonderful things planned! I've even made a spiffy itinerary using My Digital Studio that we can save to our phones' camera roll so we will always have it! I will share it when we get back.
Check back later today for beautiful Christmas cards!
