Hybrid Bridal Shower Invitations

Happy Monday! As I mentioned yesterday morning, yesterday I had a bridal shower. My amazing bridesmaids threw it for me, and they did an amazing job!! It turned out PERFECTLY, and I received lots of wonderful gifts. I am so lucky to have such wonderful family & friends! I will share more pictures from the shower on Wednesday, but today I wanted to share the invitations. My bridesmaids were gracious enough to let me make the invitations..I totally wouldn't have it any other way, and I had a lot of fun designing them! They are a hybrid project. I designed it all with traditional supplies, except for a couple of elements. It was a card style, with the wording on the inside.

Here is the front. I used the Rue Des Fleur digital download to make the umbrella.
MDS makes it so easy to color stamps, especially several of the same thing!
So I only had to color it once, then just replicate it.
I printed the umbrellas and the inside from my home computer.
This was the inside. I printed it on Whisper White Cardstock, and simply glued it to the inside.

The DSP on the front is retired Attic Boutique paper, but it is still available in a MDS download.

I hope you enjoyed today's project! Have a great Monday!
