Snickers Cake

At work we take turns preparing the months birthday celebration. Last month was my month, and I made this AMAZINGGGGG Snickers cake! You can find the recipe here.




I was really afraid it was going to be too sweet, but it was SO good! Instead of making the whipping cream mixture for the topping, I simply used Cool Whip (no prep needed for that!). Tip: After putting the caramel mixture on the cake, refrigerate over night before adding the cool whip.
It was so delicious, and I'm looking forward to making it again!

I also made Snickers Salad, and it was a big hit as well! I don't have a photo of it, but you can find the recipe here.
