Bag of Bits

Ok, I have had this "bag of bits" laying around my stampey room for what seems like a year now! I'd just been collecting the bits in order to do something with them someday! They were extra pieces from projects or invitation orders, that I never used. So I FINALLY had time to put these bits to use, and here are the things I created!

This little monkey was left over from a baby shower invitation order.
I'm so sad this stamp set (Fox & Friends) is retiring. :( Get it here, before it's too late!
The background & sentiment are an old retired set.

This heat embossed bird was an extra from the Simply Adorned Class (which are retiring...SO SO SAD...get all those goodies here before they're gone after May 31st) I did awhile back.
I'm SO devastaed this set, Notably Ornate, is retiring as well. Buy it here.
The Beau Chateau Designer Series Paper will also be gone after May 31st.

Ok, is this not the cutest!!?? This Angry Bird was from a party invitation order,
wouldn't this card be perfect for a little boy! He was so much fun to make with our punches!

This just might be one of my favorite cards, ever! It's ornate yet simple! The Chantilly Ribbon, Lace Border Punch (both which are retiring & will no longer be available after May 31st), & Vintage Wallpaper Textured Impression Embossing Folder add just the right little touches to this card! I am loving the color combo as well! And to think I just threw this together with no plan!

This card, I love!!!! I had help from my upline, Sam, and it turned out great!
I love the Polka Dot Embossed background. The "HI" & watermelon "dotting" the I are perfect!
"HI" was created with Serif Essentials Bigz Alphabet Dies which are retiring!! (I really didn't intend for this to be a "retirement" post, but some many fun things are just going away! But I KNOW some amazing new things will be coming soon to ease the "pain")! :) The watermelon was made with another retiring product, the Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer Punch. This card (but a different color combo & alphabet shape) will seen at my May card class.

Ok, this is the end, I promise!!
I made the "baby" circles to showcase the Perfect Pennants Bigz die back when it came out last year.
Then I'd just kept it all this time! So it made the perfect inspiration for this scrapbook page!
I just made the "boy" circles to go along with it!
I used the Alphabet Simple Letters Bigz Dies for the letters (another retiring product).

Now, all these goodies just go to show that you should save those little bits & scraps!! You never know what fabulous projects you could turn them into!
