Fall Retreat Fun

In early November, I went on a Scrapbook & Craft Retreat with some wonderful friends! I even marked off a 30B430, got a hot stone massage, and it was AMAZING!!!! I've got a few things to share I made at the retreat!

Sam made this stocking box from the Stocking Die & I HAD to make one as well!

Sam & I took a quick trip to First Monday where I found this D. It was plain so of course I had to decorate it up! We also found a wood Christmas tree cut out, I’m still deciding on how to decorate it.

I embellished my Stampin’ Up! Card Boxes to match my Stampey Room!

Sam made me this absolutely gorgeous journal in my wedding colors!! Thank you Sam! You are the best!

A couple of card ideas I found online, & cased.

Sam & Faith brought us painted wood blocks to create these Christmas trees & Snowmen. We added DSP & embellishments, and Sam was wonderful enough to paint the snowmen faces. We simply glued the blocks together with E6000. Thank you SO much Sam & Faith for bringing these!! I LOVE them & y’all so much!!!
I also made a couple of banners for the upcoming holidays! Check back to see those later!
I had so much fun & got so much accomplished at the retreat! I really can’t wait to go on another!!

    1. Hi Cyndi! Thank you for stopping by. These are made from standard 2x4s. You can see the length of each board in the comment above. The lengths listed are in the order that you would stack them. I glued them together with E6000. Happy crafting!

  3. I really love the Christmas tree too! What would you say the overall dimensions would be of it? It is hard to tell about how big it would be. I am trying to figure out what size of star I would need to get for the top?

    1. Hi Rachel! The tree is 7" at the widest point and about a foot tall without the star. The star is fairly large, I'd say 3-4 inches across. If you have any other questions, feel free to ask! Thanks for stopping by!
