Finding What Works...

With a heavy heart, I have decided to "close" my Stampin' Up! business at the end of this month. I'll still share things I create and keep my Etsy shop open as well as accept custom orders, but as of March 30th I'll no longer sell Stampin' Up! I've realized I just can't keep up with it all, so I've decided to let somethings go so I can focus on myself & other endeavors. I just can't do it all, so I'm finding a new groove that works for me. Like I said, I'll still share projects I create, mostly via Instagram & Facebook, so be sure to follow me there, and occasionally I'll pop by here to share something new. Thank you for your loyalty all these years. I am deeply sad and will truly miss being a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and leading classes, but am excited for what the future holds!

Christmas Cards with Project Life

Hey there friends! Are your halls all decked yet!? Everything is up, but I have yet to decorate our Christmas Tree. But it is at least out of the box and put together. :) She'll get decorated, eventually. Anyway, I'm excited you're here today, because I'm sharing a project created with my favorite products this Holiday Catalog.
The Hello December Project Life by Stampin' Up! Collection is SO beautiful! As soon as I flipped through all of the cards, I knew I wanted to make Christmas cards with these beauties. I wasted no time getting started once they came in, and I LOVE how they turned out. It was actually really hard to not turn all of the beautiful Project Life cards into handmade greeting cards, but I guess I just need to scoop up another set! I used the rest on another project I'll share soon--they're just so pretty!

I used a little twine & washi tape to spiff things up a bit, but the Project Life cards are the true stars of the show! I can't get enough of those fonts! I hope you enjoyed these beautiful cards. Be sure to scoop up your own in my online store. Thank you for stopping by! Be sure to check out the latest steals & deals below!

Stampin’ Up! has been doing a little year-end cleaning, and we’ve got some great deals to offer you! Our Year-End Closeouts will include holiday retiring products, clearance rack items, and current high-inventory catalog products. Shop the goodbye sale at

12 Dates of Christmas

Welcome friends! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! Mine was wonderful, and flew by far too quickly. I didn't get near as much done as I'd hoped, but I spent lots of time with family and decorating for Christmas instead. :) We even marked off our 1st date of Christmas for the year. Each year Lovely & I go on "12 Dates of Christmas". We do things like shop for the angel tree, watch Christmas movies, or decorate the tree. Of course I have to document this each year, and ironically enough on today's post I had our 12 Dates of Christmas Scrapbook layout to share, didn't even plan it that way!
Anyway, I used the Hello December Project Life Collection, my favorite Project Life by Stampin' Up! Collection to date, because it has the perfect card for documenting each date.
Take a look at what I mean.

Is the 12 Days of Christmas Project Life card not perfect for this layout?
I also used some of the Hello December Accessory Pack to embellish.
I love how it turned out!
Maybe this will inspire you to start your own 12 Dates of Christmas & document it.
Thanks for stopping by today! :)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving dear friends!
I hope you are enjoying a wonderful day with those you love most!
I have a couple more Thanksgiving projects to share with you today that I hope you'll love!
First up is a fun Thanksgiving Scrapbook page.
Aren't my nephews the cutest? ;)
I created this page with the Large Letters Alphabet, using the negative left over from this project.
I simply cut out the letters in order, so I could use the "trash" later. Worked out perfect!
I love the copper paired with the Petals & Paisleys Specialty Designer Series Paper.
Check out the products I used below, and be sure to keep scrolling for another project.
Next up is a bible journaling page created with the Paisleys and Posies Photopolymer Stamp Set.
I used that beautiful "thankful • grateful • blessed" stamp and the Copper Embossing Powder
to create this bible journaling entry. I love how it came together.
You'll notice that from the bottom up, each stamped image from the sentiment
is lighter than the next. I simply kept stamping, without reinking with Versamark.
The ink still took some embossing powder, just each one lighter, creating almost an ombre look.
I love how it turned out!

Check out the supplies I used below, and be sure to keep scrolling to see details on a BIG sale!
